We provide qualified and talented candidates through a screening process which includes resume research and personal interviews. At Frazee, we receive over 10,000 resumes per year, and that is in addition to the thousands of resumes we seek out in our search for ideal candidates.

Our recruiters conduct personal interviews with approximately 20 percent of these candidates and they become the initial pool of talent that we utilize in placing candidates with our clients. Our filtering process allows our clients to focus their time only on qualified candidates.

In the selection process to satisfy a client's requirements candidates from the talent pool are screened for experience, skill, flexibility of work schedules, type of employment (i.e. permanent, long-term contract, project based or temp). Prior to working their first day the selected candidate has the following screenings performed:

  • Work eligibility verified (E-verify & I-9)
  • Employment verification
  • Criminal background (ask us about the details of this screening)
