President and owner Marianne Frazee launched Frazee Recruiting Consultants, Inc. in 1998. Marianne was in the staffing industry for 17 years prior to opening Frazee. She spent the majority of that time in management/sales with an independent staffing firm in Southern California. When she moved to Louisiana with her family in 1992, she continued in sales/management, working for a global staffing company with broader service offerings.

Armed with an entrepreneurial spirit and her many years of staffing background, she decided to open her own temporary staffing franchise in 1995. By 1998, she realized the franchise didn't offer the full range of workforce solutions that her clients needed and deserved. That's when Frazee Recruiting Consultants, Inc. came into being.

Frazee Recruiting Consultants supports their clients with workforce solutions that include Professional Staffing and Executive Search. Service offerings include temporary and contract staffing, direct hire placement, and executive search. Frazee's dedicated team of recruiters, most of who have been with the company for years, specialize in staffing for:

Operating initially in the Baton Rouge market, Frazee expanded their service offering in 2005 to include the New Orleans market. Since that time, they have also supported their clients in other areas of the Southeastern United States.
