Marianne Frazee, President

Marianne is a veteran of the staffing industry with many years of personal experience. She launched Frazee Recruiting Consultants, in Baton Rouge, in 1998. Prior to that, she began her career working for 15 years in the Los Angeles area with a independent regional staffing ("temp market") company. Her experience includes working for a global staffing firm. Her industry knowledge has made her a leader in the Louisiana market where she is active in local and state staffing groups. She is currently serving as president of the Louisiana Staffing Association, a member of the Board of Directors for the BBB, and is a member of the Economic Trends Council of BRAC. Frazee Recruiting Consultants is a certified WBE (Women's Business Enterprise) and a member of the American Staffing Association.

Marianne's experience and area leadership has allowed her to take advantage of industry trends, opportunities including electronic advancements, and create a specialized team devoted to delivering total workforce solutions.

Jeff Pruitt, Business Manager

Jeff has served Frazee Recruiting Consultants as Business Manager for the past 11 years and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. Jeff has 17 years of staffing related experience. Prior to joining Frazee he served as regional Vice President and on the Board of Directors for a national staffing firm. Before his career in staffing, Jeff spent 18 years in the commercial nuclear field serving in senior management roles in the construction and operations of nuclear facilities.

They possess over 40 years of staffing experience and are experts in dealing with client requirements and recruiting challenges.
