At the time a job seeker uploads (or emails) his resume in a Word document format, the process for becoming a Frazee candidate begins. Upon receipt of their resume the qualification review process begins.

If the candidate possesses skills and experience that our clients require, the candidate is contacted to arrange an interview with one of our recruiters. Initial skill testing will then be conducted with the candidate.

During the recruiter interview the candidate's education, experience, skills and testing will be utilized to identify the types of positions that the candidate is qualified for. At this point in our process the candidate is placed into our active candidate's pool. If a position for the active candidate does not exist at this time, their qualifications will be reviewed with each new opportunity.
