ACA Information

Frazee Recruiting Consultants (FRC) assists all employees with meeting the Individual Mandate required by the Affordable Care Act (ACA). At the time of employment, all new hires are offered Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) per the requirements of the ACA.

By offering MEC to all new employees at their employment start date they can easily comply with the Individual Mandate and avoid any tax penalties. The cost associated with the MEC coverage is conveniently deducted from their weekly paycheck.

FRC also offers fixed indemnity Medical Plans, as well as insurance plans covering dental, vision, prescription drugs, short-term disability, and term life.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it better to fax, email, or drop off my resume?

We prefer all resumes to be e-mailed or submitted through the website as a Microsoft Word document or PDF file. Caution – Do not submit multiple copies of your resume.

How do I know if my resume was received?

New applicants who submit a resume receive a confirmation via e-mail within 24 hours.

How long does it usually take to process my resume?

This is contingent upon the number of resumes received at one time. Average resume process time is 1-2 days.

How long will the interview take?

We ask that you allow a minimum of 30 minutes for the interview process, depending on which of our services you are seeking. If you complete the application process and a portion of the testing via email, the interview time can be shortened.

Is there a fee?

Our services are free to all applicants and candidates.

Can I refer someone?

Referrals of qualified, experienced, professional individuals are always encouraged! Please let the recruiter know that you were referred and by whom.

Do you require testing?

Many positions do require computer assessments to determine your skill levels. Some computer-based testing can be e-mailed and completed at home. Additional testing in our office may be required.

What if I didn’t get high scores on the testing?

Tutorials are available for many of the programs, and re-testing is also an option.

I already met with a recruiter. Do I call to check in?

Applicants and candidates are encouraged to keep us updated on their availability.  If you are interested in one of our job listing send an email to [email protected], include the reference number listed in the posting.

Are you a temp agency?

We are a professional staffing services and executive recruiting firm. We recruit applicants for contract, contract to hire, short and long term temporary assignments, and permanent hire positions.

How long do you keep my application on file?

We maintain an electronic file indefinitely. We ask that you update your resume periodically (i.e. every year or two reflecting new skills and experience).

What are your hours of operation?

7:30am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday.

Can you train me for the job?

Since we are a recruiting firm, clients request our services when they are in need of trained, experienced individuals. Relative job experience and knowledge are very important when considering our applicants and candidates.

What kind of companies do you work with?

Frazee has been establishing relationships with a variety of clients for over 15 years, from small businesses to global corporations.

When do we get paid?

Frazee Recruiting Consultants employees on assignment are paid every Wednesday, as long as the approved timesheet is received by 12:00 noon the previous Monday.

What time are checks ready?

Paychecks are ready every Wednesday at 12:00 noon, contingent upon receipt of your approved timesheet before 12:00 noon on Monday.

How do I get my check?

Direct deposit is an easy and preferred method that automatically deposits your paycheck into an existing checking or savings account and forwards the check stub to the personal e-mail address that we have on file for you. You can also choose to pick up your paycheck or have it mailed.

How do I set up direct deposit and how long does it take?

Complete and return a direct deposit form in our office or fax it to 231-7887. You must attach a voided check (checking account) or a deposit slip (savings account) before the direct deposit will be processed. Average processing time is one week.

How do I get my timesheet in and when is the deadline?

You can fax us your timesheet or bring it by our office. Should you decide to fax it, you MUST call to verify we received it. Even if your supervisor is supposed to fax it for you, it is YOUR responsibility to verify receipt.

What if my timesheet is turned in late?

Refer to the following schedule:

Approved timesheets submitted by: Paychecks/Direct Deposit Available:
12pm Monday 12pm Wednesday
12pm Tuesday 12pm Thursday
12pm Wednesday 12pm Friday

Approved timesheets submitted after 2 pm Wednesday may not be processed until the next week.

If I fax in my approved timesheet, do I need to mail the original?

No, you do not need to mail the original. Remember to keep a copy for your records. You MUST call to confirm receipt of a faxed timesheet.

Do I get paid on holidays?

Frazee does not pay for time not worked.

What if I need to change my tax withholding information or direct deposit information?

Visit the Resources section of Job Seekers, download the form you need, complete the form and email or fax it to us.

What if I need to update my contact information?

We can update your contact information over the phone or send us an email at [email protected].
