Les Snipes has a diverse and interesting background. He has been part of the company since 1998 when his wife & business partner, Marianne Frazee, founded the company. Les spent more than half of his career as a registered nurse, working in cardiac care and emergency room nursing. In 1985, he started work in Health & Safety in the Los Angeles film community.
Les worked on a variety of film sets, on-location shoots, and in the studios. His background includes 8 years in Safety & First Aid with The Walt Disney Corporation at their corporate office in Burbank, CA. When Les came into the staffing industry in 1998, his desire was to work “behind the scenes,” in the financial arena. He left nursing and learned a brand-new skill set in accounting. His assistance has been key in helping the company to grow to where it is today.
