Company Culture and Community Connections

Corporate Social Responsibility has been a key endeavor of Frazee Recruiting Consultants, Inc. over the past 20 years. Giving back to the community and being socially accountable is important to Marianne Frazee and her team. Corporate Social Responsibility is a broad term used to describe a company’s efforts to improve society in some way. Being involved with nonprofits, donating time and resources to charities to implementing ways to help the community are just a few examples of good social responsibility practices to implement into your company’s culture. Louisiana companies have been especially generous with their time, money and efforts in giving people a “leg up” during hard times.

Investing your company’s time, resources and initiatives into social responsibility can also help to engage employees and boost morale. Allowing your company to invest into different parts of the community gives your customers insight into the kind of company you are. Having a positive reputation leads to better sales, better employees and an overall better environment.

Frazee’s past social responsibility projects have included the American Heart Association’s “Circle of Red” group and the “Go Red for Women” annual luncheon held every February. Frazee is also a key participant in their local human resources group, GBRSHRM. This particular organization works closely with the IRIS Domestic Violence Center. From collecting holiday toys and school supplies to donating career clothing for program’s residents, Frazee has been a participant in the IRIS program for the past several years.

On November 4th this year, Frazee will join BREC & Subaru of Baton Rouge to sponsor the 25th annual Santa Caaws. This special holiday fundraiser helps to defray costs of the Capital Area Animal Welfare Society (CAAWS) spay and neuter program, helping to keep the unwanted pet population down. Animal lovers throughout the Baton Rouge metro area will bring their pets for “pictures with Santa.” The fun starts at Perkins Road Community Center and runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. You can pre-register online by October 31st at Early bird pictures start at 9 a.m. The Frazee team will be present to welcome cats, dogs and all other creature pets that show up for their photo.

The Frazee team prides itself on giving back to the community. We not only care about recruiting the “best of the best” for our clients; but, we also care about creating a better community! Our goal is to drive positive change for our company and for our community. Whether you incorporate a pet day in the office, donate $100 to your team’s choice of charity or volunteer at your local shelter, we can all be a part of the greater good of Corporate Social Responsibility.
